How do I book a room?
Choose your room, select an available time, and reserve online on the Book Now page. You can book by the hour, half-day, or full day. For monthly rental as a workspace, please call or email.
What's included with every booking?
Every booking includes shared entry, kitchenette access, color laser printer access, high-speed 1 Gig WiFi, and gourmet whole bean coffee if we have it (we LOVE coffee).
Where is the The “War Room”?
The “War Room” is an upstairs mezzanine loft — the only bookable space in the building that requires guests to walk up stairs. All other rooms are downstairs right at street level.
What is the Full Studio package?
Full Studio gives you exclusive access to every space for after-hours bookings, events, shoots, and larger gatherings.
Can I add A/V support?
Yes. A/V setup is available as an add-on for all bookings, but our equipment is easy to use and connect to, typically just like what you use at home.
Where are you located?
Studio 302 is located at 555 W. Jackson Ave, Suite 302 in the Southeastern Glass Building in downtown Knoxville, TN. We're directly across from Balter Beerworks.
Is Studio 302 accessible for guests with mobility needs?
The Conference Room and "Living Room" are both at street level and fully accessible. The “War Room” is an upstairs mezzanine loft accessible only by stairs — if accessibility is a priority, we’ll make sure you’re booked in one of our downstairs spaces. Restrooms are also located at the street level.
Can I host a party or social event here?
We love a good celebration, but Studio 302 is mostly a professional creative workspace, not exactly a classical event venue. Having said that, there are always occasions that defy categorization. If that's you, call us. We can talk through what might work. We ask that all guests respect the space, neighboring businesses, and residents upstairs from us. All rentals must be concluded (locked doors) by 11pm.
